In addition to the more exotic critters we also have domestic and farm animals that live at the Sanctuary
St. Croix sheep (also called 'hair sheep')
though not 'technically' a domestic animal, Tyson was an orphaned feral goat that was bottle-raised at the Sanctuary
as a baby, Tyson could (and would) climb and play on anything he could find. He could even stand on a piece of smooth plywood leaning at 45 degrees!
Tyson, a feral goat bottle-raised at the Sanctuary, was certainly cute
"Too Many Sheep". When we were just starting the Sanctuary, we were also raising St. Croix sheep. This photo shows off a healthy crop of new lambs.
